How long will my order take?

Every piece is printed just for you. Printing takes 2–5 business days. Then US standard shipping takes 7–10 business days. International orders take 10–20 business days. We email you a tracking number when it ships.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order early. Add up the print time and shipping time above, and leave a few extra days for the holiday rush. If you have a firm date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly if we can make it.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How do the shirts and hoodies fit?

Our adult tees, crewnecks and hoodies are unisex. Check our size guide for measurements. Each product description lists the exact blank we print on.

Can I return it?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of getting your order for a free return and a full refund. Items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Refunds take 5–10 business days once approved. See our refund policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or refund you. You do not need to send it back.

How do I personalize an item?

Type the names or text exactly as you want them printed, with the spelling and capital letters you want. We print what you type.

Do you offer group or church orders?

Yes. Use code CHURCH15 for 15% off orders of 10 or more items.
