1. Absolute Money-Back Guarantee
If you don't love your product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll refund your money—no questions asked, no hassles. Your item must be returned in its original condition (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

2. How to Request a Refund
To start the refund process, simply email us at godinfleshshop.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction. Once approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Misprinted Items
Every item is printed to order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us a clear photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund. There’s no need to send it back. Return shipping for any other returns is not prepaid.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, like custom-made or personalized goods, cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect. However, we will still honor the refund request under our absolute money-back guarantee.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
